Report & assist Account Executive in accounting and administrative duties.
Assist in maintain full set accounts.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling.
Preparation of inter-company billing / Monitor payments due in accordance to procedures and credit terms.
Update monthly accounting schedule and report.
Provide accurate and prompt financial reporting, reconciliation of bank statement & customer / supplier.
Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Candidates must possess at least a Post Graduate in Finance/ Accountancy / LCCI.
Computer literate on Microsoft Office.
Possess 1 – 2 years of working experience in related field.
Must be highly meticulous, proactive and a team player.
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willing to work long hours when required.
Having own transport is added advantage.
Candidate will be based in Segamat and Kuala Lumpur.
